The "Real Lives. Rich Narratives." (RLRN) is an online, literary, peer support group, designed for women interested in healing through writing. It combines writing prompts, freewriting, thought-provoking conversation & support.

The program launched in 2019 featuring 90-minute video-enabled group meetings, over five weeks with writing prompts, freewriting, thought-provoking conversation, support, and allowing time for engagement and feedback.

​Due to the program's 5 star success, we are working to expand its offering and bring RLRN to those who need it as a self-paced option with a one-on-one support feature. Sign-up for updates!
