Young, Ill and Fly (Y.I.F.) is a podcast created to educate, liberate and raise the awareness of chronically ill Millennials and GenZers in black and brown communities. It speaks the language of our target demographic to discuss culturally, health-focused issues relevant to Black and Latino/a/x audiences.
We will provide information to people to help them regain their power over what plagues them. "About 44% of older millennials born between 1981 and 1988 report having been diagnosed with at least one chronic health condition…” “Only 45% of Generation Z individuals say their mental health is good or excellent.” Y.I.F. will create a community of its own where chronic illness, and its management, are welcomed with warmth, acceptance, and compassion. |
